Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was lovely overall. The rooms, while on the smallish side, were still spacious enough and had a view of the river and pool area that I absolutely adored. However, there was a significant issue with water leakage onto the bathroom floor. The location was outstanding, right on the river with amazing facilities, though the surrounding area was not too appealing for a stroll. The service, especially from the manager, was top-notch, always polite and incredibly helpful, but they were a bit pushy with tour sales. The dining options were varied and enjoyable, with the only downside being limited choices for halal eaters or vegetarians. The outdoor pool area and gym were highlights for me.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were wonderful but had a slight smell of mold. On the positive side, my room was ready early, but it was quite cluttered with furniture, leaving little space to move around comfortably.
The hotel has a nice location along the river, more like a dated Marriott than an Anantara hotel. The room was moderate with a balcony and a view to a waste land and scaffolding but quite comfy. The service was super friendly and helpful, with special thanks to Pookie, Hana, Tawn, and Nutcha for making our stay memorable. The location is spacious, clean, and pastoral, with a high level of design but is a little bit out of the way of downtown Bangkok. The dining experience was very nice, with delicious fruit, bread, and cheese. Overall, a mixed experience with some highlights and slight drawbacks.
The hotel offers rooms that could use a bit of renovation but overlook internal gardens. It provides a complimentary mobile phone with 3G service for local and European calls. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure comfort. The location is quiet yet convenient for a quick boat trip to Asiatique. The dining experience was excellent, especially in the morning. The hotel facilities were well-equipped.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were very nice and clean, and I loved having access to the club lounge, which was a fantastic place to relax with a really lovely cake and special room. However, there was a faint tobacco odor present, which was a minor downside.
The hotel had lovely rooms with a balcony and view to a wasteland and scaffolding, ready early, and faintly smelt of smoke. The service was a mix of hit and miss with helpful employees but poor communication skills in some. The location provided beautiful water views and easy access to markets and the sky train station. The dining experience was high quality with a huge selection, but some areas were not well-maintained. The facilities were good overall.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were incredibly spacious with lovely bathroom amenities, making it a real comfort haven. The service, especially from the lounge and the Pookie, Spark, Crystal, and Muse team, was top-notch. The location by the Chao Praya river was ideal for relaxation and sightseeing. Dining was a culinary delight with a variety of options, and the facilities were exceptional.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable with lovely views of the pool and river, although a bit noisy in the mornings due to boat activities. The early check-in allowed us to start our Bangkok adventure promptly, but be aware of the later check-in time. The hotel's location, especially alongside the river, provided a unique and peaceful retreat from the city, though it was a little distant from the main area.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were modern, clean, and spacious with a lovely balcony view, but the location was not ideal due to ongoing construction. The service was fantastic, with helpful staff always ready to assist, although the dining areas seemed a bit disorganized. The dining itself was of high quality with a wide selection of food. The facilities were well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay overall.
My stay was absolutely delightful! The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, overlooking the pool and river. The bathroom was spacious and lovely. The service was impeccable, especially with my children. The location was peaceful, providing beautiful water views and convenient transportation options. Dining was an exquisite experience, and the facilities were top-notch. The only drawback was the lack of a truly Thai style atmosphere and some areas felt a bit secluded from the action.
